For additional flexibility, the living area includes a sofa bed with a double mattress, suitable for one to two children or an additional adult, making the home ideal for a small family getaway or an extra guest when needed. Please note that guests using the sofa bed will share access to one of the ensuite bathrooms, as both bathrooms are ensuite to the king bedrooms.

The spa-style bathrooms include freestanding soaking tubs and oversized rain showers positioned to frame the stunning views.

The home is equipped with ultra-fast Starlink internet (200+ Mbps) — ideal for streaming, video calls, or working remotely while surrounded by nature.

Pets are welcome on request and can safely roam within the fenced area. For something truly special, a helicopter landing area is available by arrangement through the rear gate — the perfect way to arrive in style and take in the sweeping Hunter Valley views from above.

Weekends in the Hunter Valley can be busy — we recommend booking cellar doors and restaurants in advance, especially for group tastings and long lunches.

Most wineries close around 4:30–5:00 PM, so plan your tastings earlier in the day and leave time to enjoy the views.

Local produce markets and boutique cheese shops in Pokolbin and Lovedale are worth exploring for picnic supplies or gifts.

Don’t forget to bring a designated driver or pre-book a local wine tour if you plan to visit multiple vineyards.

A car is essential to fully enjoy the Hunter Valley. The estate is just minutes from Pokolbin’s wineries, restaurants, and cellar doors, with scenic drives winding through vineyards and rolling countryside.

Most attractions are within a 10–20 minute drive, and local tour operators also offer private transfers, wine tours, and hot-air balloon pickups directly from the property gate.

For guests arriving by air, Cessnock Airport is 25 minutes away, or Newcastle Airport around 1 hour 15 minutes by car. Helicopter transfers can also be arranged to land directly on the property’s private helipad (by prior approval).
