How many guests can the property accommodate?

The estate comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests (from February 2026, the property will be able to accommodate up to 6 guests with the addition of luxurious leather sofa beds in the living area, perfect for larger families with children), with spacious living areas, private bedrooms, and open-plan indoor–outdoor entertaining spaces.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

How do I check in?

The property offers self check-in via a secure key lockbox. You’ll receive detailed arrival instructions prior to your stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made no later than 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund, excluding service fee (if applicable). Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.

The estate is located in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region — within a 10–15 minute drive to award-winning cellar doors, restaurants, and local attractions. The closest cellar door is Tinklers Wines which is a 5 minute drive from the property.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.

While meals aren’t included, the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. We can recommend excellent local cafés and restaurants nearby.

The estate is designed primarily for adults seeking a peaceful retreat, however it is also suitable for families with children. Please enquire directly regarding stays with pets.

Are events or parties allowed?

The property does not accommodate parties or events. However, small elopements, photo shoots, or intimate gatherings may be considered upon request.
